As a heads up, I don't usually look at Neocities comments, whatever third party comments, etc. A good way to contact me is via email at doughnutsblitz@disroot.org.
1: I'm kind of lazy.
2: I focus more on something else (e.g. Wake to Hell)
3: I suspect that I have some form of perfectionist OCD that makes drawing and filling a living hell for me.Also, the little "last update" thing only counts major updates like new pages or outright overhauls. Bleeding-edge changes can be monitored at the source repository.
Personally, I say it's 16+. No heavily adult themes, but definitely NOT something little Timmy should be
It's clear and simple. Literally. It's readable and loads better.
RSS feeds are basically news feeds embedded as an XML file. To view and keep track on RSS feeds like the LUDICRITAL one, I recommend using Newsboat for GNU/Linux and *nix users, and QuiteRSS for Windows users. Check your feeds occasionally to keep up to date with new events or updates!
I don't see my interest straight-up dying for LUDICRITAL, but as for if the comic bombs, what about the story? LUDICRITAL as a WHOLE is in the public domain, as mentioned before, meaning that if you don't like the webcomic, you may fancy the story, or the characters, or the world it takes place in, or perhaps the very idea of it as a whole.
With this in mind, if you want to make fanart, an AU, a retelling of the story, an adaptation, whatever, go ahead. I'll be happy to see it!
That's for you to decide.
Knowing the limits of a solo project, LUDICRITAL is meant to span out 3 acts: Irregular Regularities, Hypertensive Familiarities, and Bye Bye Hellhole. You can read more about them in the source repository.
Yes, most people do use JavaScript. However, I'm not just accomodating for the majority, but also the minority. The dozens, if not few, people who use simple, minimal software or don't want to use JavaScript for personal or safety reasons. Also considering my own nature, I see it fit to allow LUDICRITAL to reach these people.
Yes, yes it does. The source for the JavaScript is available in the source repositories for the webcomic, and is under the same license as the webcomic as well.
Nope.
Yes, actually. I removed the clarification because it leaves it up to the reader's imagination to imagine what material is present, which may be more frightening, and it also lessens the woke-ness of the disclaimer. I'm not listing out traumas here, I'm making a damn story.
I ask the same thing at an alarming consitency. The plot involves a mysterious hospital that drives inpatients and others within insane from various means, some potentially supernatural. The main focus is on the events that occur within, with Lukifer Dredd trying to figure out what exactly goes on behind these closed doors as he simultaneously attempts to resolve any complications and conflicts that come and go, no matter how drastic the measures get.
The webcomic itself is made as both a political commentary on workers' mental health, struggles that those with aspergers or autism face, and to demonstrate the general ill effects of letting such environments foster in the first place, as well as a way for its author to vent his frustrations with such places, particularly schools.
The reason why it's a free culture comic instead of being yet another neurodivergent shill comic made by
For an operating system, I am ashamed to admit I began development of LUDICRITAL on Window$ 10. However, somewhere in 2023 I switched to using Linux Mint, and in 2024 I switched to Devuan GNU/Linux. Software used is as follows:
